Electrical Engineer III

Job Description

Lead engineering projects and teams, oversee design and quality, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and permits. Maintain client relationships, support business development and proposals, and guide staff hiring, training, and performance reviews.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience; meaningful operations or construction experience is also required. Candidates should have advanced engineering knowledge, complex problem-solving ability, proposal and cost-estimating skills, and the ability to lead teams and manage project resources.
