Staff Software Engineer, Platform

Job Description

Build and operate shared platform capabilities for secure, reliable, and scalable product delivery, including deployment controls, observability, access and routing guardrails, and LLM governance. Establish safe-by-default engineering standards, global delivery controls, incident practices, and AI-native automation with human oversight and auditability.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, infrastructure, or platform/SRE roles, with a record of building systems used by other teams. Candidates should have hands-on experience with CI/CD, reliability and change safety, cloud services, Docker or Kubernetes, platform security controls, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
