Senior Specialist, Software Engineering 1

Job Description

Develop and integrate embedded real-time software and foundational system software for mission-critical defense platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams on requirements, interfaces, and system design. Contribute throughout the software development life cycle, including implementation, integration, formal testing, documentation, peer reviews, and defect resolution.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and at least four years, or at least ten years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred qualifications include advanced C++, multithreaded programming, embedded RTOS development, knowledge of networking or signal processing, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
