Manager, Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead mechanical engineering design and analysis for infrared sensor assemblies, including CAD design, finite element analysis, documentation, and hardware integration and testing. Provide technical oversight and cross-functional coordination to support product development, manufacturing transition, production, and project execution.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and at least 7 years, or 13 years in lieu of a degree; the candidate must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance. Required capabilities include proficiency with CAD tools, FEA, GD&T, and drawing standards, along with strong problem-solving, project management, and multitasking skills.
