Civil Engineer

Job Description

Develop and review civil and site-preparation designs for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, including grading, drainage, erosion control, and construction specifications. Support construction execution through field reviews, contractor coordination, quality assurance, stakeholder meetings, and value engineering while improving standardized civil engineering workflows.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with experience supporting land development and site preparation for large-scale construction. Candidates should have experience applying civil engineering principles in construction and knowledge of stormwater management, drainage design, and erosion control, and be able to travel up to 25%.
