Associate Industrial Engineer, Operations Science

Job Description

Analyze operations and develop data-driven strategies, models, and optimization solutions to improve productivity and the Guest experience across Disney Parks and Resorts. Collaborate with departments and engineers, conduct field studies and operational observations, and present recommendations to operational leaders.

Requirements: Requires 0–2+ years of applied experience, a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or an equivalent field, and skills in project management, communication, process improvement, data collection, and capacity and demand analysis. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and experience with optimization methods and solvers, simulation, statistical modeling, Python, SQL, and data pipelines.
