Associate Industrial Engineer, Operations Science

Job Description

Analyze operations and develop data-driven strategies, models, and solutions to improve productivity and the Guest experience across Disney Parks & Resorts. Collaborate with departments and engineers, conduct field studies, present recommendations to operational leaders, and support implementation of process and system improvements.

Requirements: Requires 0–2+ years of applied experience, a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or an equivalent field, and skills in project management, process improvement, stakeholder communication, data collection, and analytical tools. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and hands-on experience with optimization methods and solvers, simulation, Python, SQL, forecasting, and data pipelines.
