AI Native Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, build, deploy, and operate secure, scalable enterprise AI agents and agentic workflows, integrating retrieval, orchestration, tools, evaluation, and observability with cloud-native infrastructure. Partner with client stakeholders to define use cases, prototype and deliver solutions, measure and improve performance, and share reusable engineering patterns and practices.

Requirements: Requires at least three years of cloud-native engineering experience, one year designing and deploying agentic solutions, one year working with modern AI platforms, and three years of experience with Python, Java, or equivalent, plus Infrastructure as Code. Also requires three years of client-facing collaboration and a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent, or qualifying equivalent work experience.
