Define and evolve architecture for AI-native products that combine cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and hardware interaction, while providing hands-on technical leadership for strategic projects. Align engineering work with product and research priorities, address scaling and reliability challenges, and mentor engineers across teams.

Requirements: Requires 10 or more years of professional software development experience, expertise in designing and scaling distributed systems and real-time applications, and a record of leading technical strategy across teams. Candidates should be proficient in a backend systems language and have strong system design, performance optimization, and fault-tolerance skills; experience connecting machine learning research to production is preferred.
