Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste, rework, production costs, setup time, changeover time, and cycle time through process improvements, automation, and lean initiatives. Lead and support projects, analyze production data and root causes, quantify savings, and coordinate implementation plans to improve safety, quality, production, and sustainability metrics.

Requirements: The posting prefers a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or another engineering field, or a high school diploma with five years of continuous improvement experience in manufacturing. Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma or other Lean certification, manufacturing experience in metal processing, coating lines, or high-volume products, and familiarity with JDE, Power BI, or Thrive.
