Field Service Engineer I

Job Description

Install, program, test, troubleshoot, repair, and service custom high-precision machinery at MMT and customer sites. Support equipment validation, customer acceptance testing, process development, technical training, and documentation while resolving customer production issues.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is required, and 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates should have mechanical and electrical aptitude, hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong customer communication abilities, and willingness to travel frequently and perform physical field work.
