Senior AI Engineer

Job Description

Build end-to-end AI applications, including retrieval, model integrations, agent workflows, and interfaces, and work directly with business teams to turn their needs into practical solutions. Take use cases from prototype to production, monitor their quality, latency, and cost, and develop reusable components and patterns.

Requirements: Requires 8–10+ years of experience building, shipping, and operating production software, with strong Python skills or readiness to work primarily in Python. Candidates should have hands-on AI experience, cloud and production-systems expertise, and the ability to work through ambiguity with non-technical stakeholders; enterprise AI tools and frameworks are helpful but not required.
