AI First Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, build, and operate scalable internal applications, services, and APIs, using AI tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation. Partner with Product, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and SRE teams to deliver reliable, secure, observable systems and support production operations, including on-call rotations.

Requirements: Requires at least three years of experience building and supporting production software systems, plus a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Candidates should understand APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and incident response, and actively use AI development tools while critically evaluating their output.
