Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Description

Own the Crossroads API and integration roadmap, translating customer and market needs into prioritized requirements, technical specifications, and development work. Partner with engineering, architecture, customers, and external partners to deliver reliable integrations, manage releases and risks, and improve onboarding, documentation, monitoring, and product adoption.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years in the software industry, including 4+ years in product management and at least 2 years owning an API, integration, or platform product, plus experience with complex enterprise SaaS implementations and strategic customers. Candidates should have strong project governance, communication, and technical collaboration skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
