Sr Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead technical teams and oversee engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, and operations and maintenance activities for multiple clean energy projects. Manage EPC agreements, project schedules and budgets, permitting, utility interconnection, landowner matters, and reporting to senior management.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 7–10 years of experience leading engineering and construction teams on solar, power, or energy projects are required. A Professional Engineer license and/or Project Management Professional certification is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel 25–35% are also expected.
