Job Description

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable backend services, automation infrastructure, APIs, and data contracts for Geo developer workflows. Develop evaluation systems, telemetry and analytics pipelines, feedback loops, and dashboards to measure and improve AI-assisted engineering tools and system performance.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with at least two years of software development experience (or one year with an advanced degree) and two years building developer tools. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD, experience with data structures and algorithms, telemetry or observability systems, evaluation systems for generative AI or developer tools, and developer-facing APIs or platforms.
