Staff Software Engineer, Product

Job Description

Lead end-to-end product and engineering projects, working with customers and cross-functional teams to identify problems and build AI-powered products that turn complex business data into actionable intelligence. Build reliable, high-performance systems while guiding technical design, mentoring engineers, establishing best practices, and contributing to recruiting and team development.

Requirements: Requires 7 or more years of experience building and shipping software products, strong full-stack skills, and the ability to independently lead projects and translate ambiguous customer needs into effective solutions. Candidates should have strong engineering fundamentals, analytical and product judgment, clear communication, and enthusiasm for LLMs; a computer science degree, related education, or equivalent industry experience is expected, with the ability to ramp up on the listed technology stack.
