Lead Microelectronics Engineer

Job Description

Serve as a microelectronics subject matter expert, supporting lab-based testing and analysis, schematic and layout assessment, mechanical and thermal testing, and PCB design. Address sponsor technical questions, develop feasibility experiments, coordinate internal characterization capabilities, and communicate findings through briefings, white papers, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements: Requires a relevant degree and typically at least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a master’s degree, or 3 years with a PhD, along with experience in one or more listed electronics and testing areas. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and be able to work on-site five days per week.
