Principal Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design, integration, testing, and validation of power supplies, converters, battery backup systems, and rack-level power distribution products for Oracle server architectures. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and laboratories to resolve product issues, support certifications and production, guide sustaining engineering, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of power electronics experience, or a master's degree and at least 7 years of experience. Candidates need strong knowledge of switch-mode power supplies, rack-level battery backup, I²C and PMBus, analog and digital PWM control, power electronics lab equipment, C++ and Python, and applicable safety and compliance standards.
