Senior Platform Software Engineer

Job Description

Operate and improve Oracle Cloud Infrastructure File Storage Services, maintaining availability, reliability, performance, security, and capacity across production and pre-production environments. Develop and maintain platform components, automation, monitoring, documentation, and operational processes while coordinating incident response, deployments, root-cause analysis, and service improvements.

Requirements: Requires at least four years of experience supporting commercial software, cloud infrastructure, or storage services in distributed production environments, along with strong Linux, networking, storage, and distributed-systems knowledge. Candidates should have automation experience with tools such as Python, Terraform, or Bash, and demonstrate troubleshooting, incident management, communication, and operational documentation skills; NetApp and OCI experience are preferred.
