Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead engineering work from idea generation and prototyping through validation, product development, and launch, while identifying market trends and emerging technologies. Direct technical projects, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present practical innovations.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with a master's degree preferred, along with 10 or more years of relevant industrial machine design or product development experience. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and 3D CAD skills, experience with finite element analysis, and the ability to lead projects and communicate effectively; polymer science, hot runners, mold design, and injection molding are preferred.
