Job Description

**Senior Electrical Systems Engineer**

Onsite- Office base- Wisconsin.

$130,000 salary

10% incentive plan

Relocation support available (US Citizen)

The Senior R\&D Electrical Engineer will lead the design, development and qualification of electrical and electro-mechanical products used across the data center, renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging and power distribution markets.

**Key Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of relevant engineering experience; 8+ years in product design preferred.
* Experience designing low-voltage electrical circuits, electrical components and PLC-controlled systems.
* Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA or Creo.
* Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, technical drawings, BOMs and industry standards.
* Experience with product testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and manufacturing support.
* Experience leading or mentoring engineers and designers preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and develop electrical components, sub-systems and assemblies for power distribution and energy products.
* Lead product development, prototyping, testing and design qualification activities.
* Produce electrical schematics, 2D drawings, 3D models and engineering documentation.
* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement and suppliers to optimize product performance and manufacturability.
* Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards, safety requirements and customer specifications.
* Support production, technical troubleshooting, product improvements and aftermarket requirements.
* Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to design reviews.
