Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design, development, testing, and improvement of mechanical components, products, equipment, and manufacturing processes from concept through production. Create and revise engineering drawings, evaluate designs and test results, improve safety, reliability, and throughput, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and operations teams.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and at least five years of mechanical engineering experience in manufacturing. Candidates should be proficient with 2D or 3D design tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, understand high-voltage systems, have Lean or Six Sigma experience, and demonstrate strong communication, documentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; a PE license is preferred but not required.
