Lead Node Developer

Job Description

Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, and React applications, while supporting distributed systems, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and production observability. Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration across product and engineering teams.

Requirements: Requires 10+ years of software development experience, strong Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript expertise, React experience, and a record of building scalable, high-performance applications. Candidates should also have experience with APIs, distributed systems, SQL and NoSQL databases, testing and TDD, CI/CD, Docker, and technical leadership.
