Founding Software Engineer

Job Description

Build and operate cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, backend services, and data pipelines that support robot fleet orchestration, telemetry, and real-time communication. Own reliability, observability, and deployment systems while making foundational technical decisions and collaborating with product, customer support, and robot operations teams.

Requirements: Requires 4+ years of experience, a track record of shipping production software end-to-end, strong hands-on GCP and Kubernetes experience, and expertise in scalable distributed systems and cloud architecture. The candidate should work quickly and independently, demonstrate strong ownership and product judgment, thrive in ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with hardware, operations, and product teams.
