Industrial Engineer II

Job Description

Coordinate assigned engineering projects, review technical deliverables, translate requirements into manufacturing instructions, and work with clients and internal teams to meet quality and delivery commitments. Analyze production methods and workflow, identify and resolve issues, and implement measurable process improvements while guiding less-experienced staff.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is required or may be substituted with an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience; a master’s degree is preferred. The role requires at least four years of relevant engineering experience, project or process-improvement ownership, manufacturing and engineering knowledge, analytical and coordination skills, Excel proficiency, and strong communication abilities.
