Staff+ Software Engineer, Enterprise (Full Stack)

Job Description

Lead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of enterprise products across the full stack, including administration, governance, APIs, and data models. Set technical direction, work with customers and cross-functional partners to shape product priorities, and mentor engineers while building tools for organizations to deploy and manage Claude at scale.

Requirements: Candidates should have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally including 2+ years at Staff level or equivalent, and a record of leading complex customer-facing full-stack products. They should understand enterprise SaaS needs, be comfortable working directly with customers, and have experience building products from 0 to 1 and aligning teams through technical influence.
