Staff+ Software Engineer, Enterprise (Full Stack)

Job Description

Lead the technical design and end-to-end delivery of enterprise products across the full stack, including administration and governance experiences, APIs, and data models. Set technical direction, collaborate with product, design, go-to-market, and enterprise customers, and mentor engineers while building tools that help large organizations deploy and manage Claude.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally including 2+ years at Staff level or equivalent, and a record of leading complex customer-facing full-stack products. Candidates should understand enterprise SaaS needs, work directly with customers, build products from 0 to 1, and align teams; a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience is required.
