Software Engineer

Job Description

Develop, validate, and optimize algorithms for EO/IR sensor data, including image enhancement, pattern recognition, object detection, classification, and tracking. Build simulation and analysis tools, improve deployed systems, translate customer needs into technical requirements, and communicate performance and project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires at least eight years of relevant engineering or scientific experience, an active U.S. Government security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline. Candidates should have strong EO/IR image-processing and pattern-recognition experience, proficiency in Python, C/C++, and MATLAB, and the ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate technical results.
