Sr Software Engineer - Developer Platform

Job Description

Own and improve Uber's code hosting, code review, code search, and SubmitQueue platforms, building Go-based tools and integrations that support reliable code delivery across a large monorepo. Lead projects from planning through production operations, establish quality and monitoring standards, respond to incidents, and use engineering metrics to improve developer productivity.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of software engineering experience, strong Go proficiency, and experience building distributed systems at scale and delivering production-ready software. Candidates should have end-to-end project ownership, sound technical judgment, mentoring and communication skills; experience with build systems, CI/CD, monorepos, on-call operations, and engineering KPIs is preferred.
