Job Description

Create and refine code datasets, solutions, and evaluations to train and benchmark large language models, with a primary focus on Python and additional programming languages. Assess AI-generated code and build Python agents and automated verification tools to improve the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-driven coding solutions.

Requirements: Candidates need at least three years of software engineering experience, strong production-grade Python expertise, and experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable software. They should understand software architecture, development, debugging, and code quality assessment, and communicate evaluation rationales clearly.
