Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of secure, scalable software and APIs supporting Disney resort arrival and check-in experiences. Own production reliability and incident response while guiding engineering quality, AI adoption, and collaboration across technology, product, and resort operations teams.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of experience building large-scale software and web applications, leading engineering work, and hands-on expertise in architecture, Java 21, Spring, microservices, Node.js, Angular, AWS, databases, messaging, and production operations. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong leadership, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and Agile and testing practices.
