Staff Software Engineer, Backend - FinHub (Transfers)

Job Description

Own the architecture and evolution of high-scale systems that move crypto and fiat funds, improving their correctness, reliability, and scalability. Lead cross-functional initiatives, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers across levels.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems, deep backend programming and cloud-native architecture expertise, and experience scaling financial or similarly high-reliability systems. Candidates should have led cross-functional technical initiatives and mentored engineers, and be able to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
