Civil Engineer Manager (Transportation)

Job Description

Lead the Evaluations and Research Unit, managing staff and engineering research into materials, technologies, and methods for transportation systems. Oversee evaluation projects and field work, collaborate with internal and external partners, and prepare reports, specifications, drawings, and guidance materials.

Requirements: Requires four years of professional civil engineering experience, including three years in the relevant specialty and one year directing civil engineers. Applicants must hold a valid Pennsylvania Professional Engineer license and a valid driver’s license; out-of-state license holders must obtain a Pennsylvania license within their initial six-month probationary period.
