Business Excellence Technician

Job Description

Conduct time studies, capacity and labor analyses, downtime tracking, and data-driven improvement activities to support Industrial Engineers and manufacturing operations. Maintain technical documentation and dashboards, assist with Kaizen events and station improvements, and train operators and technicians on standardized methods.

Requirements: Requires a technical degree in a relevant manufacturing or engineering field, or technical high school education with equivalent experience, and 2–5 years of manufacturing experience. Candidates should know time studies, capacity and throughput analysis, standard work, 5S, and Kaizen, and have intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills plus FlexFlow experience.
