Staff Software Engineer — Engineering Systems, Continuous Integration

Job Description

Own the architecture and technical direction of large-scale CI infrastructure, building and operating distributed systems that improve build reliability, test execution, developer productivity, and release velocity. Lead cross-team initiatives and roadmaps, set engineering quality and reliability standards, mentor engineers, and contribute to incident response and long-term improvements.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of experience building production software systems, technical leadership across complex initiatives, and deep expertise in distributed systems and enterprise CI/CD. Candidates should have strong computer science and systems design fundamentals, proficiency in a language such as Java, C++, Python, or Go, and the ability to make sound architectural decisions and influence teams.
