Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of observability tools, data pipelines, and engineering systems, setting architecture and coordinating large-scale work across teams. Drive reliability and performance improvements through data-driven insights, critical issue resolution, operational standards, and mentoring, while promoting AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements: Requires at least seven years of professional software development experience, production application architecture and development experience, and strong analytical skills with a record of leading complex technical work. Candidates should have modern development and deployment experience; observability platforms, data platforms, distributed systems, and a quantitative bachelor's or master's degree are preferred.
