Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the architecture, development, delivery, and operational health of secure, scalable software supporting Disney resort arrival and check-in experiences. Guide AI adoption and engineering quality while collaborating with product, operations, and technology partners to integrate room readiness and maintenance data.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of experience building large-scale software and web applications, leading engineering work, and hands-on solution architecture, with strong skills in Java, Spring, microservices, Node.js, Angular, AWS, databases, Kafka, Docker, and CI/CD. Candidates should also have production operations experience, architectural leadership, strong communication and mentoring abilities, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
