Staff Software Engineer ? AI-Native Development

Job Description

Build and enhance production-grade software across backend services, frontend components, APIs, workflows, and tests using AI-assisted development tools. Review and refine AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability while collaborating with the team on design, implementation, and engineering practices.

Requirements: Requires experience with Java, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and production software development across backend, frontend, APIs, workflows, and tests. Candidates must have experience using Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent AI coding tools to generate, test, debug, refactor, and document code while ensuring it is production-ready.
