MECHANICAL DESIGN AND ANALYSIS ENGINEER

Job Description

Design and develop mechanical and aerospace systems, create detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings, and perform engineering analyses to support design decisions. Lead prototyping and testing, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage assigned project tasks, and ensure compliance with DoD standards, safety requirements, and quality practices.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, or Materials Engineering and at least two years of relevant mechanical or aerospace engineering experience are required. Candidates should be proficient in CAD modeling and assemblies, understand GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and manufacturing processes, and be able to work independently; FEA experience and defense-industry experience are preferred.
