Sr Data Engineer

Job Description

Design and operate secure, scalable data architecture, healthcare data models, and production-grade pipelines, including mapping raw healthcare data to standards such as TUVA, OMOP, and FHIR. Establish data quality and performance practices, deploy cloud infrastructure, safeguard regulated data, and build bidirectional integrations with EMR platforms.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of professional data engineering experience, strong SQL and Python or Scala skills, and hands-on expertise with healthcare data standards, data modeling, and EMR/EHR integrations. Candidates should also have experience with data warehouses and lakes, Spark or Dask, cloud platforms, orchestration, security and compliance, and data-focused testing and CI/CD; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
