Lead Software Engineer - Front End/React/AIML

Job Description

Lead end-to-end development and operational support of enterprise data platform services, batch jobs, and pipelines, including design, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting. Analyze pipeline and data quality issues, create operational insights, and collaborate with distributed teams to improve platform reliability, governance, and delivery.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience and hands-on full-stack development with Java, Python, Spring, Hibernate, Spark/PySpark, AWS, and Databricks, along with SQL and knowledge of the data lifecycle. Candidates should also have experience with production systems, CI/CD, security, resiliency, observability, and responsible use of enterprise AI-assisted development tools.
