Staff Software Engineer, Product

Job Description

Build and operate self-service products and platform systems that let enterprise customers configure, train, deploy, test, and monitor AI agents, including tools for creating complex workflows without code. Own features end to end, collaborate with product, design, and customers, and evaluate and integrate text and voice models into production.

Requirements: Candidates should have 7 or more years of software product development experience, strong product judgment, proficiency in Python, and the ability to work across the stack. They should be comfortable designing for complex systems, debugging failures at scale, and translating customer needs into clear specifications; experience with AI agents, LLMs, developer tools, observability, security-sensitive systems, or voice models is an advantage.
