Senior Software Engineer, Product

Job Description

Build and maintain product systems that let customers configure, train, deploy, test, and monitor AI agents, including self-service tools, workflow interfaces, and reusable configuration abstractions. Own features end to end, collaborate with product, design, and customers, build analytics and monitoring, and evaluate and integrate text and voice models into production.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least four years of software product development experience, strong product judgment, Python proficiency, and comfort working across the stack. They should be able to translate complex technical capabilities and customer needs into usable products, debug failures in complex systems, and make sound decisions about delivery speed and engineering quality.
