Staff Software Engineer, Product

Job Description

Build and own end-to-end product systems that let customers configure, train, deploy, test, and monitor AI agents, including self-serve tools and usable configuration abstractions. Develop AI-powered workflow tools and monitoring capabilities, evaluate text and voice models, and improve production systems based on customer needs and observed failures.

Requirements: Candidates should have 7+ years of software product development experience, strong product judgment, proficiency in Python, and the ability to work across the stack. They should be comfortable designing for complex systems, debugging failures at scale, and translating customer needs into clear specifications; experience with LLMs, agent systems, developer tools, observability, security-sensitive products, or voice models is a plus.
