Senior Software Engineer- Rust / C++

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and production operation of a high-volume, queue-driven document-processing platform, primarily using Rust and also supporting C#/.NET services. Own major projects from requirements through rollout, improve performance and reliability, guide architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute to on-call and incident response.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of professional experience building and operating production backend services in Rust or C++, with deep distributed-systems expertise and experience leading complex, cross-team projects. Candidates should have strong performance, testing, security, technical-writing, mentoring, and AI coding-agent experience, be willing to work in C#/.NET and join on-call, and be located in the United States as a U.S. Person authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
