Senior Software Engineer- Rust / C++

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and production operation of a high-throughput, queue-driven document-processing platform, primarily using Rust and also supporting C#/.NET services. Own major projects from requirements through rollout, improve performance and reliability, mentor engineers, and guide technical decisions across teams.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of professional experience building and operating production backend services in Rust or C++, with deep distributed-systems expertise and experience leading complex, cross-team projects. Candidates should have strong performance, testing, security, technical-writing, mentoring, and production-ownership skills, hands-on experience with AI coding agents, and be willing to work in C#/.NET and join on-call; U.S. location and U.S. Person status with authorization to work without visa sponsorship are required.
