Senior Software Engineer - Backend/Infra [NYC or SF]

Job Description

Design, build, and operate high-throughput backend services for the agent platform, owning core services from initial design through production. Improve reliability, performance, observability, and operational health while protecting sensitive healthcare data and shaping the platform’s architecture.

Requirements: Candidates should have experience building and operating production backend systems at scale, with ownership of outcomes and strong skills in concurrency, distributed systems, and service design. They should favor maintainable solutions, debug across services, queues, and databases, and be able to work on site in New York City or San Francisco.
