Staff Software Engineer, Backend

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex claims and payment processing systems, including configuration capabilities, internal DSL extensibility, and efficient data pipelines. Provide technical direction and mentorship, coordinate cross-team delivery, improve reliability and maintainability, and guide SLO development and roadmap priorities.

Requirements: Requires at least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, including 5 or more years leading cross-team deliverables and technical contributions. Candidates should have substantial experience applying computer science concepts, setting standards for stable and maintainable code, and leading, mentoring, and training engineers.
