Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design vertical twin tube baggers and related capital equipment from concept through detailed design, validation, documentation, and launch, using SolidWorks and sound machine-design principles. Collaborate with engineers and shop-floor personnel to develop manufacturable designs, improve equipment, and support new product lines and design projects.

Requirements: Candidates need at least five years of SolidWorks and mechanical or machine-design experience, or at least three years for exceptionally proficient candidates, along with proven experience designing complex equipment. Relevant strengths include designing from concept to manufacturable solution, understanding manufacturing processes, and familiarity with SolidWorks PDM; a mechanical engineering bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with strong relevant experience.
